The next Foundational Program cycle begins in January. Start dates will be announced soon in our newsletter and on social media.

Our small groups training sessions will be held on Mondays & Tuesday’s @ 6:30 PM, and Thursdays @10 AM.

We’ll be covering a variety of topics and performing a series of exercises aimed at perfecting running/lifting mechanics and enhancing post-workout recovery.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN/DO:

  • Dynamic flexibility and speed mechanics drills and the WHAT and WHY of those drills (the details matter)

  • Joint mobilization

  • Recovery techniques and myofascial health

  • Posture and neutral spine exercises

  • Deep core activation

  • Glute activation 

  • Introduction to strength training and the basic movements

  • Movement assessments on all of the above

This program is open to all fitness and experience levels. The cost is $120 per spot in the small group, and we also encourage and offer a personal training add-on.
