Posture and Movement Assessment

Dial in your mechanics and balance with a Posture and Movement Assessment. Our static and dynamic assessments will determine if you have any any alignment or mechanical issues. We’ll follow the assessment by recommending stretching and strengthening exercises to address any issues. Email or schedule a personal training session with Emily Keenan to set up your assessment.

Determine your training intensity zones based on heart rate and test your fitness gains over time with lactate threshold testing. Lactate threshold is the strongest indicator of endurance performance.
