This 6-week program begins on 10/29/18!
Our small groups training sessions will be held on Mondays & Tuesday’s @ 6:30 PM, and Thursdays @10 AM.
We’ll be covering a variety of topics and performing a series of exercises aimed at perfecting running/lifting mechanics and enhancing post-workout recovery.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN/DO:
Dynamic flexibility and speed mechanics drills and the WHAT and WHY of those drills (the details matter)
Recovery techniques and myofascial health
Posture and neutral spine exercises
Deep core activation
Introduction to strength training and the basic movements
Movement assessments on all of the above
WHO WILL BENEFIT:
Runners looking to improve performance
People with recurring pain or repeated injuries
Anyone looking to get the most out of our Equilibrium and Flex classes
Anyone who hasn't personal trained with us
This program is open to all fitness and experience levels. The cost is $99 per spot in the small group, and we also encourage and offer a personal training add-on.
