YOUTH DEVELOPMENT SUMMER PROGRAM

No matter the age, cardiovascular health and muscular strength are key factors in reducing the risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases, reducing injury risk over the lifetime, and improving overall health and wellness. Beyond general health and wellness, our priority is performance and helping athletes of all ages and abilities get to the next level. We believe early exposure to a variety of sports, teaching proper movement, and functional strength training are necessary for development and optimal performance.
We have 3 options for our Youth Development Summer Program: 1) Youth Clinics (Ages 4-12), 2) Functional Strength (Ages 12-18), and 3) Equilibrium (Ages 16-18).
Youth: FREE for parents taking class or $10 drop-in
Functional Strength: 6 Weeks (12 classes) for $165
YOUTH CLINICS (AGES 4-12)
SATURDAYS, 9:00 am
Join us for a fun and dynamic workout, with games, designed to promote proper movement, athleticism, and build strength and coordination.
FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH (AGES 12-18):
MONDAYS & WEDNESDAYS OR TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS (time tbd)
45 minutes of functional strength and core.
EQUILIBRIUM (ages 16+)
Alternate between intervals on our high-performance Woodway treadmills and functional strength (60 minutes).

The Formula workout is designed to deliver three physical benefits: Strength, Stamina, and Function. Consistent weekly classes at Formula will improve physiological components such as metabolism, muscle strength and tone, and aerobic capacity, as well as muscular efficiency and endurance. Our training philosophy and programming, along with our high-performance equipment, will help keep you healthy and consistent.
