+ WHAT IS CLASS LIKE?
Our classes are high energy! Our Equilibrium classes alternate between intervals on the Woodway treadmills and strength training at our super-sleek Fitbench. Our Focus classes are 45 minutes of pure tempo and interval running! We will enhance your workout with some of the best music selections by our instructors/DJ’s. You will walk away feeling WORKED, but ENERGIZED and ACCOMPLISHED!
+ DO I NEED TO BE A RUNNER TO TAKE A CLASS?
Absolutely not! You make the cardio component up to you! Whether you run or walk your intervals, you will still get a super beneficial workout that burns a ton of calories, increases your metabolism, and builds lean muscle!
+ WHAT IF I AM NEW TO STRENGTH TRAINING?
If you are new to strength training you may want to consider personal training with one of our instructors first to get the most out of your classes, or signing up for a spot in our six-week foundational program.
+ WHAT SHOULD I DO TO PREPARE?
Don’t wear a lot of extra clothing… you will be getting your SWEAT on! Be sure to hydrate and get your electrolytes the day before and the day of class!
+ HOW EARLY DO I NEED TO ARRIVE?
Please plan on arriving at least 5 minutes before class starts. If you are new to the studio, please arrive 15 minutes early to become acquainted with the process and equipment.
+ WHAT IF I AM RUNNING LATE?
Sorry, if you are not signed in 2 minutes before class time, your spot can be released. Arriving late is not an option, and our door to the studio will close promptly at class time.
+ DO YOU HAVE SHOWERS?
We have 2 shower rooms and 2 bathrooms to accommodate your needs after class.
+ WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
All reservations must be canceled 8 hours before your scheduled class in order to avoid penalty. If you are on a 5 or 10 class pack and fail to cancel you will forfeit that session and be subject to a $15 late cancel/no show fee. If you hold a Monthly Unlimited Contract or are on a New Client Special and fail to cancel you will be subject to a $15 late cancel/no show fee.
If you are booking a personal training session, and must cancel, it must be done 24 hours before your scheduled session or you will be subject to forfeiting the session and the fee for session.
+ WHAT IS YOUR WAITLIST POLICY?
If you place yourself on the waitlist, you are committing to this spot. If a spot becomes available and you sit in the top position on the waitlist, you will be automatically placed in that available spot and be notified via email if you have opted in to be notified this way. You are responsible for monitoring the waitlist. If you are bumped into the class it is our expectation that you will attend class, otherwise be subject to our late cancellation and no show policy.
+ WHERE CAN I PARK?
There are a limited number of parking spots available to the left of the studio as you pull in from 10th Street. There are also plenty of parking spots available on 10th Street, and there is a public parking lot next to Washington Park on the north side of 10th Street.
