EQUILIBRIUM
45 minutes alternating between two 22-minute blocks of intervals on our high-performance Woodway treadmills and strength training at the Fitbench. This total-body workout is designed to build lean muscle, increase metabolism, build aerobic capacity and VO2max.
FOCUS
45 minutes of carefully designed tempo and interval running on our high-performance Woodways. This workout is designed to increase cardiac output, strength, stamina, and VO2max, while reducing the impact of flat-land running on the body.
FLEX & SMALL GROUP STRENGTH
45 minutes of functional strength and mobility training designed to build lean muscle mass, increase metabolism, improve function, posture, and balance.
FLOW & FLOW 45
20 minutes of mindful, moderate running on our high-performance Woodway treadmills followed by 25 minutes of yoga and mobility designed to increase your range of motion and support healthy muscle tissue and joints. Flow 45 is a full 45 minutes of yoga.
FORMULA STRENGTH
Periodized small group strength training. Explore heavier lifts, Olympic lifts, plyometrics, advanced core strength, and special strength (45-60 minutes).
PILATES EQUILIBRIUM
Two 22-minute blocks of intervals on our Woodway treadmills followed by Pilates. This workout is designed to strengthen core muscles, improve flexibility, posture, and body awareness through controlled movements.
