EQUILIBRIUM

Alternate between 15-minute blocks of interval running on our high-performance Woodway treadmills and 15 minutes of strength training at the Fitbench. This total-body workout is designed to build lean muscle, improve function, and build aerobic capacity. Geared toward athletes who want to build resiliency and maintain consistency in their training (60 minutes).

FOCUS

Pure, smooth, tempo and interval running on our high-performance Woodways. This workout is designed to increase cardiac output (strength and stamina) while reducing the impact of flat-land running on the body. Geared toward runners who want to level up and concentrate on endurance gains (45/60 minutes).

FLEX 

45 minutes of functional strength and dynamic flexibility training designed to increase metabolism, build lean muscle mass, and improve posture and balance.

RUNNERS LOVE YOGA

Yoga designed by a runner for runners. This class focuses on delivering the following benefits: increased body awareness, strength, flexibility, reduced stress, and an ability to coordinate movement with breath (45 minutes).
